Enjoy our FREE teaching resources in time for World Book Day
In partnership with World Book Day, we are delighted to be able to offer a selection of Home Learning Resources free to support teachers to develop strong Family Reading Partnerships with their parents and children at home. The resources are designed to develop children’s comprehension skills and strategies and develop their imagination and creativity for writing, linked to the National Curriculum. Children don’t have to have a copy of the book at home to do the activities, as extracts are provided, but it might inspire parents to want to buy the book if they can afford to, or borrow from the school or library, if their child enjoyed the extract and activities, supporting them to build a love of reading and for schools to build a reading for pleasure community.
